Since as far back as I can remember, I have always spent a lot of time comforting and talking with others. It was an intrinsic part of me-to seek out and spend time with those who were going through tough experiences and to walk alongside them.

I’m a clinician with life experience-heading toward the second half of life. Further, I have lived experience of neurodiversity and chronic illness. I value each person who shares their story with me. It’s such an honor to be able to do what I do.

I grew up in San Antonio and moved to New Orleans for my undergraduate degree. I eventually made my way back to Texas and I received my Masters from Abilene University (Texas).

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me with my nose (or an earbud) in a book, enjoying time with my husband and familia, or on a walking trail.
